The Fundy

The Fundy is a 704 sq. ft. three bedroom summer cottage. It is a compact three bedroom basic cottage Designed to be installed on a concrete 8” X 8” X 16” block base 8’ O.C. (subject to municipal approval) The horizontal pine siding gives the cottage a comfortable look.

The Selkirk

This 864 sq. ft. three bedroom basic cottage is designed for the family looking for a Home away from home. It can be located either on a rural lot or the seashore. It can be placed on a concrete 8” X 8” X 16” block base 8’ O.C. (subject to municipal approval) The pine siding gives these cottages a rustic look.

The Evangeline

This 912 sq. ft. model has glassed-in gable ends with an exposed sloping beamed ceiling providing lots of light. Vertical pine siding gives this model that vacation look. It can be placed on a concrete 8” X 8”X 16” block base 8’ O.C. (subject to municipal approval) The vertical pine siding gives the cottage that summer vacation look. There are three bedrooms.

The Crescent

The Crescent is a two bedroom 1152 sq. ft. cottage. It is a unique design with living room, kitchen and bathroom area on the main floor with the two bedrooms on the upper level. The vertical pine siding gives it an attractive summer look. It too is priced with the blocking system but a more permanent sonotube with concrete installation would be more suitable. (optional extra)

The Queensland

This three bedroom pine sided summer cottage is a very attractive model with vertical pine siding, making it look rustic. The living, dining rooms and one bedroom are on the lower level with the two bedrooms on the upper level. A feature of this model is the balcony overlooking the lower living area. It, too, should be installed on sonotubes & concrete. 1242 sq. ft. of living area.
