What We Do

Grace Factory Homes is a Manufacturer of Pre-Fabricated Homes, Cottages and Garages.

The Company packages the Manufactured Home/Cottage/Garage Package, The Foundation, Carpentry, Full Installation Services Including Water/Sewer Connections, Septic Tank and Field and Drilled or Dug Wells Installations.

These Installations can take place on the Customer’s Building Lot or Packaged with the Building Lot Purchased through a Real Estate Brokerage as part of a Packaged Total Home Program.

In addition the Customer’s have the option of doing some of their own Installations. i.e. Foundation Installation, Framing Labour, Finish Labour, Flooring Installation, Kitchen/Bath Cabinet Installation, Electrical Installation and Plumbing Installation, Lot Development and so on. Some of these Installations can be used for part of the required equity. It is possible to save thousands of dollars.

Another Benefit is the Customer has the Option of picking their own lot, in any price range, serviced lot or lot requiring Septic Tank and Field, Drilled or Dug Well. Reasonably priced Building Lots are available in all parts of the Province.

Another Feature of these Homes is they are all manufactured with Wood Products, Floor, Walls and Roof.

How We Do It

Grace Factory Homes have five lines of Homes and Cottages. Prospective Buyer(s) can identify the lines of Homes/Cottages Models by selecting the Graphic Images on the Front Page of the Web Site. The process is the same for all series.

Choose from the line of Homes/Cottages, Identify the Model. Except for the Semi-Detached Homes the Units are broken down into three levels: Select the level from the Price List and Specifications Sheets.

Shell Packages: Includes Materials supplied Listed on Stage 1, Page 1 of the Specification Sheet.

Custom Package: Includes Materials supplied Listed on Stages 2, Page 1 and 2 of the Specifications Sheets.

Installed Custom Package: Includes Materials and Installations Listed on Stages 3, Page 1, 2, and 3 of the Specifications Sheets.

Semi-Detached Units: Only Available as Installed Custom Package Listed on Stage 3, Page 1, 2, and 3 of the Specifications Sheets.

The level of Materials and Installations are then carried forward to the Grace Factory Homes Order Form with identifying Stages and Specification Sheet.
