Our company is offering real estate agents the opportunity to participate in our home marketing system. What we are offering is a supply of listings on The following products:

• Super-Mini Homes

• Affordable Homes

• Custom Homes

• Semi-Detached Homes

• Cottages

The company offers first level commissions to agents that sell our homes on a case-by-case basis. For the most part these are opportunities that come up from time to time to satisfy a client need.

The second level of commissions is for agents that are full participants in our marketing program. To achieve this level agents must make a financial contribution to the system. All contributions are deducted from the proceeds of sales of our home Lines only. It is not an up front requirement.

For this contribution the company offers the agents a supply of listings for housing Units of the types listed above. Listings are offered on building lots they have listed. In no way does this effect the sale of the building lots. They are still available for lot purchase only. Packaged with the home gives the lot owner gets another kick at the can. In rural areas this is very important. Certain conditions apply. It also gives agents more opportunities to earn income from the commissions on building lots.

The agents also are offered the opportunity to make up their own listings. They will be provided with all the information they need to prepare listings. The company is offering:

• Home Order Form

• Budget Credits Sheet - For Self-Help Participant.

• Lot Development Costs Sheet

• Building Permit Costs Sheet

• Specifications Sheets

This is enough information for agents to make up their own listings on lots they have listed. Each listing will be subject to having the lot approved by the company. We expect agents to be diligent in lot selection.

Another source of income is to sell homes on building lots listed with other brokerages. There are several thousand building lots listed now. These are all available now. Again, all offers are subject to lot inspection. In the event building lots are not perk-tested, offers received must have a clause relating to the cost of the system. In the event of a higher cost system being demanded, our price for the increase is listed on our lot development spread sheet or adjusted at the lot inspection stage.

All this information will be available on the internet to participating agents. One condition agents must agree to the use of this information is to be used for the sole benefit of Ocean Lumber & Building Materials Limited (Grace Factory Homes).
